Bespoke website design for musicians - unique websites designed from scratch and tailored exactly to your needs. Bespoke sites can include video, music players/juke boxes, events calendar, and facilities to sell your CD or merchandise online.

Templated website designs - if budget is a concern, we can design a site that is wholly or partly based on one of our musician templates. Such sites can still look unique (colour themes, banners etc), but the underlying structure is fixed. The advantage of using one of our existing templates is that a lot of the coding and design work has been done already and therefore these sites work out cheaper than bespoke designs. Template based sites can also include video, music players/juke boxes, and facilities to sell your CD or merchandise online.

Domain name registration - choosing the right domain name is very important as it can influence your search engine rankings. We can give Search Engine Optimisation advice on choosing a domain name and can register a it for you when you decide on a name.

Hosting - the files that make up your website have to be store somewhere - this is known as the host computer (or server). We use one of the most reliable hosting service in the UK - Heart Internet. Charges start at £39.99 per year for a basic site. If you plan to sell downloads from your site, you may need more bandwidth. We will discuss this with you once we have established your needs.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) - every day thousands of websites are added to the internet; it's getting very crowded. Search Engine Optimisation is the term given to the actions you can take to make sure that your website stands a good chance of getting noticed by the major search engines for your keywords and phrases. All our websites are designed to be search engine friendly. In addition, we will submit your site to all the major search engines on launch. We will also give you advice on how to market your website once it has been launched.

Website support and maintenance - we give full support for your website all the time that we host it for you. This means that if anything goes wrong, you can contact us and we will fix it immediately, free of charge. From time to time you may want to update your website. We can maintain your website for you for a fee of £35 per hour (billed in fifteen minute segments). An hour to an hour and a half is usually sufficient for an average update of a five page website. We always give you an estimate before doing any work, so you will never get any unexpected bills.

Content Management System (CMS) - a CMS allows you to update your site yourself from any computer, at any time night or day. We use a number of content management providers and will choose one that best suits your computing skills. There is a one off charge to install the CMS and a yearly fee, usually £15 per year depending on the type of CMS used.
